With your order you agree to the following conditions:

After ordering items from the Web-shop you will receive an order confirmation which will tell you the approximate time of delivery (as well as the actual shipping costs.)

As soon as your order is ready to be sent, you will receive the invoice including the shipping costs.

After having received your payment, your items will be sent off immediately .

Return or exchange is possible within 8 days after receiving your items, but only if you have informed us in advance (info@atelierdesloep.nl).

All shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer.

All risk of shipment is for the buyer.

If desired, we can send your order under insurance but again; all costs are to be paid by the buyer and no refund will be given for any costs, at any time.
